Transurban boss plans knockdown rebuild of $15m harbour home

The chief executive of toll giant Transurban has lodged a multimillion dollar plan to rebuild his harbourside mansion – just months after buying the property for $15.5 million.

Almost one year after forking out $15.5m for the Mosman home, Scott Charlton is embarking on a major development plan to knockdown the current building to make way for a new three-storey home overlooking Chowder Bay.

The $5.06m development would include a swimming pool, spa, lawn terraces, landscaping works, and an integrated double garage.
