An island in Sydney Harbour is set to be returned to its original Indigenous owners and the state government has set aside $43m for remediation.
NSW Premier Chris Minns earlier on Saturday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Me-Mel (otherwise known as Goat Island) transfer committee.
