Seahorse hotels created for endangered species in Harbour’s Chowder Bay Sydney

They are revealed as you approach from underwater, through the shifting swells off the Harbour’s Chowder Bay.

A series of boxes made of metal grill, like upended milk crates. They are a chain of hotels, of sorts. For seahorses.

The seahorse hotels are just one part of a world-leading conservation effort to bolster the ranks of the Sydney, or White’s, seahorse.
