Motorcyclist taken to hospital after two-vehicle crash in 80km/hr zone

Paramedics treated a motorbike rider who was left shaking and lying on the ground with injuries following a two vehicle crash on a busy road. He was later taken to Mackay Base Hospital.

Paramedics were called to the Slade Point Rd-Harbour Rd roundabout where the crash occurred about 1.30pm.

The smash-up involved a motorbike and a car in an 80km/hr speed zone.
