ASHLAND, Ore. — Howard Prairie Lake Resort is opening its dock after a decade of construction.
Workers began planning on rebuilding its dock in 2013. By 2021, partners began construction. Jackson County Parks Department teamed up with the Bureau of Reclamation, the Oregon State Marine Board, and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW).
