A boat has capsized under mysterious circumstances in Wollongong Harbour with it being the second such incident in six days.
Emergency services were called to the harbour about 7am on Tuesday after reports a boat had capsized.
They discovered a half-cabin cruiser full submerged with diesel spilling into the water.
A specialist hazmat crew placed boons around the vessel to prevent further diesel spewing into the harbour.
Other debris was spotted around the boat including food packaging and a dead fish.
A bystander, who did not wish to be named, said a man was on the boat at the time…
