A young man has been fined $10,000 for his “hilarious” stunt while drinking with friends at the Opera Bar at Circular Quay on Sydney Harbour.
In a video posted to TikTok, the man is seen leaping from the ledge of the bar into the harbour, dressed only in his underwear.
