The new Pelican Waters marina officially opened on Friday, June 16, marking the completion of a massive new facility capable of holding almost 300 vessels.
Pelican Waters general manager of development Hamish Pressland said the facility was expected to cater to a range of people including retirees, young professionals and families who may not have expected to be able to own their own boat.
